Let's talk all things Vitamin A today! If you didn't know, that's exactly what Retinol is-a vitamin A derivative. Vitamin A is an antioxidant source, which helps to rejuvenate the skin by promoting the growth of healthy cells and inhibit the growth of unhealthy ones. Most commonly, you'll hear of retinol being used for age management, or acne. Retinol speeds up cell turnover (aka the ability for your skin to release dead skin cell buildup) and provides the skin with a beautiful, clearer complexion.
